Panasonic DMC-G1


Panasonic’s first camera to use Micro Four Thirds System; the Panasonic DMC-G1, now has a big brother, the Panasonic DMC-GH1 Digital Camera. This one adds a gentle and soft touch to to photos and movies and enhances your images with the beauty of high definition service. It comes with a new Micro System of interchangeable lens system that provides you the facility of getting creative with your images thus managing to fulfil most of the user expectations. This digital camera measures 124.0×89.6×45.2 mm in dimensions and weighs about 385 grams. The Panasonic DMC-GH1 12MP Digital Camera comes with a Micro Four Thirds mount and a Live MOS Sensor. The image resolution offered by this camera is 12.1 mega-pixels, a higher resolution is expected to provide superior quality images. For previewing images the camera offers a wide-viewing angle 3-inch TFT LCD screen that comes with a display resolution of 460000 pixels.

The Panasonic DMC-GH1 Digital Camera uses the Venus Engine HD Image processing system that offers full HD movie recording. This image processor also offers high signal to noise ratio as the image processing engine checks and reduces noise factor to the maximum. Due to the energy efficiency of this engine, long-time AVCHD movie recording is possible. Panasonic’s Lumix G Micro System’s 1440000-pixel equivalent Live View finder provides results that are similar to an Optical Viewfinder. Thus it can display information about the various settings and users can view it without losing the focus on the subject. Additionally an in-built eye sensor activates the viewfinder as soon as the user looks into it. As the live Viewfinder as well as the LCD provide 100% field of view, it is very easy while the user is trying to compose a shot as you can check the and adjusts the framing.

The Panasonic DMC-GH1 HDMI Compatible Digital Camera features a Creative Mode that allows you to choose and adjust the shutter speed and aperture manually. An iA mode performs all the necessary settings adjustments, for the best shots. Users can also customise and personalise their cameras. The images and videos can be viewed on the Panasonic’s VIERA TV but just inserting the memory card into the TV’s SD/SDHC card slot. The camera can also be connected to the television via an optional HDMI cable. This camera features Dolby Digital Stereo Creator for recording high quality audio. Thus with this camera Panasonic has managed to satisfy a lot of photo enthusiasts out there.
