Besides the 12.2 megapixel image sensor, the camera features a fast, true wide-angle Leica lens with 3.6x optical zoom. The Lumix DMC-FX100 also integrates Panasonic’s Mega O.I.S. technology that helps prevent hand shake from blurring those precious moments, as well as 20 different scene modes, including a high-sensitivity mode that turns allows for an ISO setting of 6400. Completing the package is a high-definition movie mode that captures movies at full 720p (1280x720) resolution at 15 frames per second.
